Q.	Do I have to pay you ?
A.	No. We get paid for our work by the solicitor and by commission where insurance is necessary.

Q.	How much will it cost me to pursue my claim?
A.	Nothing needs to be paid by you at all. The solicitor will act for you on No Win No Fee so he will be paid at the end of the case. Any other expenses can be covered by a funding option available to our clients if required.

Q.	What funding option?
A.	Finance can be arranged to cover the costs of Insurance and medical reports etc if you want to. No repayments are made by you at all. If you lose, it is paid off in full by your Insurance. If you win, the interest will come out of your damages.

Q.	Why do I need Insurance?
A.	Going to Court is always a risk. We insist that our clients are protected from any costs orders and we arrange for you to be insured. Normal cover is for £25,000 which is more than ample.

Q.	So will I be in safe hands then?
A.	Absolutely. You will be using an expert team that has been carefully assembled by us using our own expertise and experience.
